Savvy Crop Day

Well yesterday I headed to Scrapbook Savvy for their Tuesday crop and actually managed to get two double page layouts finished!! I don't usually like to do doubles but I have so many photo's (200+ actually) from Isabelle's 3rd Birthday, that I think there may be many more to come....

This was one of them, and I have used a Pagemaps sketch...just love these photo's of Isabelle blowing bubbles!!

Next is my take on Renee's Random challenge for Scrapbook Savvy and yes another double....

and lastly the FINAL layout that I submitted for Aussie Pub Calls July Roadmap....I really love how this turned out and am glad I spent all that time cutting out those vellum flowers...

Well that's about it from me....back to work tomorrow for another hectic 3 days....

Busy weekend

Well the weekend is over and it has been a full on one for us! Today we had my niece's, Molly, christening/birthday which was lovely and kids had a great day playing together, but so cold....... considering yesterday was beautiful.
I've had Mum and Dad up for the weekend so NO, no scrapping for me, and we went to Illawarra Fly (which is a walk through the treetops and awesome views of Wollongong) and would you believe I went to take my first pic and my camera was flat!!! Don't you just hate that, so annoying.

So now that I am free again I am planning to get a few pages done and Tuesday I will be heading to Scrapbook Savvy for a crop day which I always love to go to cause it is without the kids!! Yippee!!

In the meantime I have a few layouts to share from last week still.

This is this month's White with 1 which obviously had to be white, purple and circles...

Next couple are just because ones and have used sketches from this month's Pagemaps.
This is Nate on his first birthday playing with the balloons which really was all he was interested in!!

Next is Nate on Easter morning pigging out on his Easter eggs......he had to try a bit of every single egg (just like his Mum....LOL)

I don't normally do SO many boy layouts but last week was a boy theme overload, will have to do a heap of girly ones next!

this was this month's sketch for Anna's Craft Cupboard and I scrapped my first page of Damo!!!! EVER. I have had these photo's sitting around since last year and kept putting them to the back of the pile but I ran out of photo's as I am waiting on my last order of prints from Big W....LOL

Lastly this was the page, well the first page I was going to submit for Aussie Pub Calls Roadmap but changed my mind and re did it a couple of nights ago cause I wasn't happy with it. But looking at it again it has grown on me... I will have to post the replacement layout another night as I still haven't taken a pic yet!

I have done one other for Scrap The Boys theme next month but you will have to wait.....and let me say great challenge for August so stay tuned so you don't miss out!!!

So that's about all for now.....happy scrapping and hopefully I will be back in a couple of days with a heap of pages to share!!

Just quickly...

Before I head off to bed, a couple more pages I forgot to post the other day!

This was a pagemaps sketch for July using the gorgeous range from October Afternoon called Ducks in a Row......don't you just love it!!!

Next was using Cherry Hill from October Afternoon as well.......guess you could say I am in LOVE with their new ranges!!! This was for Color Combo's Galore which I haven't done in awhile

and lastly this one using Basic Grey's Lemonade range which is just gorgeous.....thank gosh to Sar at Scrapbook Savvy for getting in such awesome papers!!!

Have been scrapping quite madly this month and still have at least another 4 pages to share but I am mega tired as I have got round 2 of the dreaded Flu and seriously need to go to bed.
So be back soon!!

Kerryn's Ad challenge....

FINALLY....some scrapping time!!

YES!!!! It's finally Friday and I now have 5 days off work so I can get some scrapping done.
Planning on joining Scrapbook Savvy's Cybercrop this weekend, which should be fun, although the theme is Xmas in July and believe it or not.....but I actually have only 1 xmas pic left to scrap. Doesn't matter, I can just adapt.

I actually have a heap of layouts to photograph and upload tomorrow so hopefully the weather will be nice enough for that cause at the moment it is raining!

Anyway I am off to go and get organised for a scrappy weekend...till then

Scrap The Boys Reveal for July...

This month's challenge for Scrap the Boys has been posted and the criteria this month is

- create a layout using the title, "Real Men (boys) Don't....
- must include photo or journalling of boys doing girly things

Here was my take on the challenge......had to adapt a little as I had absolutely NO pics suiting the criteria!!

Look forward to seeing your entries.
