I'm on a mission to......

DE-CLUTTER MY HOUSE!!!!!

Well I just have to share my accomplishments of yesterday....I woke up and decided I was going to have a massive cleanup, which started at 8.00am and finally finished last night at 11.30pm. Last port of call was my scrap space and here are my before pics...disgraceful I now realise



And this is my after pics......what a difference!! I never realised how disorganised I was until I organised it all!!!! LOL (I still hid stuff tidily under the desk....he he he)



Anyway just had to share as I was very proud of myself......now just to keep it this way...............

Retreat Layouts

Well I survived the retreat last weekend....but only just!! I realised I so need my sleep otherwise there is just no mojo for me....lol
We had a great weekend with the girls and am already looking forward to the next one.

So as you may have guessed by now.....I wasn't really that productive considering the amount of "free" time I had to scrap but here are just a couple of the 14 layouts I did manage to get done....

















So that's about it.....am now officially scrapped out and actually pulled out a quilt pattern and some fabric I have had stashed away for about 15months now, and started that for Isabelle......change is good!!

Back to work tomorrow so an early night for me

Layouts!!

Well have had a very busy couple of days and not much scrapping happening my way.....I only ended up getting done 2 layouts done for Scrapbook Savvy's Cybercrop which is a shame cause there were heaps of great challenges!

I participated in the blind challenge on Sat night, and this was what I ended up with, can't wait to see the original!!



and the other challenge I completed was the sketch challenge...



maybe next time I can be a bit more productive!! LOL

I have finally taken pics of some layouts I done about two weeks ago and here they are. The first two were total scraplifts ( haven't done that in ages...)





This is my take on this month's White with 1 which unfortunately is the last as the site is finishing up...



Scrap the Girls this month was to scrap your girls....

So that's it.....no more scrapping for me till the retreat now. Had planned on making up some page kits but it's not really working for me.....looks like I'm taking everything!! LOL

Countdown....

Well this time next week I will be at Scrapbooking Delights Retreat at Tahmoor....children free for two days, and scrapping my little heart out!! So looking forward to it as it will be my first retreat.
Haven't decided whether I am going to make up page kits or just take everything with me???? More than likely take everything, cause God forbid if I forget something....Grrrrrr

I only have a couple of layouts to share....although I have four still to photograph which were from the crop day at Savvy on Tuesday. So till I get a chance here is all I have...

Few layouts to share...plus pics from weekend!

Well I managed to be a LITTLE productive over the weekend, but the weather was so nice that we seemed to spend most of it outdoors!!

Saturday we went to the park in town and had a play and lunch then headed to a friends for the arvo. Nate was so cute wondering around and playing like a big kid (and chasing seagulls!!)

Scrap the Boys.....Challenge for August!

Well it's time for a new challenge this month and this month you need to get out all those pics of your boys getting involved with food! Whether it be eating, making or just making a mess with food, you need to scrap it! The other part of the challenge is that you must include a cooking term in your title.

Here is my take on the challenge and there was a bit of a story behind the layout that I must share! This particular day I was in the middle of making dinner and Nate was hanging off my leg basically whinging and in the rush of things I dropped the whole container of raw rice all over the floor. Before I even had a chance to grab the broom he dropped to his knees and began eating the rice off the kitchen floor and was even grabbing handfuls out of the container as I shovelled it back in!! So of course what do I do....get the camera! LOL
