I've been Soup Spotted!!

Very excited this morning as one of my layouts has been soup spotted over on the
Jillibean Soup Blog!!

This was actually the first time I have ever used Jillibean products, and I have used the range Cabbage Stew and loved it! The papers were so versatile which is good for me since I have both a boy and a girl.

Inspired Blueprints Sketch

I always love doing the Inspired Blueprints sketch and this was sketch #46.

Here is the sketch



and this was my layout. I am still getting heaps of use from my leftovers of Basic Grey Origins, plus have used 7 gypsies stickers, OA stickers, twine, buttons and a few other bits and pieces

A Savvy Sketch

This month at Scrapbook savvy they have an awesome sketch by Anthea. You will also get the chance to win a $25 voucher to spend at Savvy if you upload by the end of the month!!

and here's what I came up using some older papers by WRMK, 7 Gypsies stickers, chipboard, LYB journal tabs, MME stickers and a few other bits and pieces. LOVE this pic of Nate.....he got so busted when he sneaked off out of the bath and we found him lathering himself in cream as well as eating it!

Way Behind!!!

I have been so slack in doing my 52 Weeks pages and all I have contributed to it in the last 4 months is a total of ......4 pages!! Somehow I don't think I am going to make it! LOL

So the last page I did manage to get done is of Damo and me when we just started going out 11yrs ago, my gosh it has gone so fast! I can't believe how young we look (and skinny!)



Another layout to share is the sketch for Annas Craft Cupboard this month by the very talented Wendy....always love her sketches!



So only 1 more day of work till I am on 3weeks holidays.....I have no plans and will be scrapping up a storm!

Layout catchup!

Have a heap of layouts to share, not that I have scrapped at all this week!
Challenge Heaven is hosting it's first Cybercrop this weekend and I have done a sample for the Puzzle Pieces Challenge which I had to use....scallops, circle, arrow and square, and here was my sample using the new Pink Paislee Queen Bee which is just gorgeous and was calling out to me to cutup!






the next couple are just because layouts and sketches that I have used from Creative Scrappers.





A first for me ever using Jillibean Soup range......I think I may have a new addiction, these papers are so versatile and really can be used for anything! I have used Cabbage Stew in this layout.



and lastly another layout from Savvy's March kit using Crate paper Brook collection....LOVE this pic of Nate and all the little dimples in his bum!!



Still have a few more but I am off to scrap now........

Need some new challenges???

also the Word challenge which is to use "RELAX" in your title as well as paint effects....love using paint on my layouts and here's my take....



and lastly the Ebony & Ivory challenge where you can use either black or white PLUS lime green and criteria is to use circles....

Easter Catchup

Hope everyone had a fab Easter. We spent the Good Friday at the in laws, kids had an Easter Egg hunt and play and of course heaps of chocolate



Isabelle and Nate with some of their cousins.....Abbey, Chloe and Molly.



Nate hiding in the garage so we wouldn't see the chocolate mess, I think!!





trying to have a family pic but of course there is always one child not willing to participate!! LOL



We then headed down to the Bay to see my family and my little brother and his wife had cam down from Brisbane for a couple of days which was great as we hadn't seen them for about 12mths. So YES heaps more chocolate!!



and lastly a little egg hunt on Monday at home with Daddy as he had to stay home and work so the kids really hadn't seen him for Easter at all....







so that's are Easter....not much time for anything else although I am hoping I will get some scrapping in tomorrow as the weather is lousy at the moment so I can't really do any washing now can I ?? he he he
