My baby Turned 1 .......

Well today my little Natey Boy turned 1.....my gosh it has gone so fast!!!! We had a pretty quiet day as we are having his birthday and christening on Sunday. I think Isabelle was more excited than anyone and could not wait to give him his pressies but really all he was interested was playing with the balloons!!



His Uncle Butchy & Aunty Shell came over in the arvo and gave him his pressie which I had to put on him straight away cause it was sooooooo cute, here are the pics!!



As for the rest of my week not much really happened.....we have all been sick with the flu although I did manage to get to Sar's on Sunday to do some scrapping and managed the following layouts.

First was for Scrap The Boys April challenge which was an inspiration challenge

Next was Black Magic's second sketch for the month, don't really like this one much!!


and the last two are both sketches from Inspired Blueprints.....


So that's about all from me.....will have heaps of pics to share after Nate's Christening. Till then

Update!

Well considering the last week has been really crappy weather, you would have thought that heaps of scrapping had got done but NO it hasn't. I actually ran out of photo's and just couldn't be bothered going to get them printed. Finally did on Tuesday and finally got some scrapping done....thank gosh!

First layout was for Aussie Pub Calls April Roadmap which I thought was a particularly hard sketch as it was so busy....even for me!


Next one was a Scraplift Challenge at Scrapbook Savvy and of all the people's layout's you had to lift it was the very talented Lisa Warren so fat chance of your own looking as good!! LOL

Another at Scrapbook Savvy was the Ad Challenge which was something different for me and enjoyed it! Look how cute my little munchkins are!!!!


And lastly an Inspired Blueprints Sketch #16


So that was all in the scrapping dept. Hoping to get alot more done over the weekend, not too hopeful that much will get done on Sat as I am sure I will be looking after a VERY DRUNK Damo!

Massive Easter Update!

Well thank gosh Easter is over....now just to get rid of the choc eggs before I eat anymore!!
I have so many pics to update so hang in there it is going to be a long one!
First off we spent Good Friday at Val & Dave's & the kids had a ball! We had an Easter egg hunt in the morning....


followed by a great lunch and time for the kids to have a play together....



Then the kids all got a book each and eggs from nanny & Poppy Easter bunny so everyone had to take turns reading them...

Basically kids had a ball and way too much chocolate!!!

So that was just the start cause then on Easter Sunday we had to do it all again. All Isabelle really wanted from the Bunny was a watch and I heard hear screaming Mummy, Mummy, Mummy as soon as she woke up and came flying into our bedroom cause funnily enough he brought her one with her eggs.
the kids couldn't wait to start eating their eggs at 8.00am IN THE MORNING!!!!!


Nate is definitely the chocolate piggy as for Isabelle she's not real fussed!!

Anyways Easter Monday I headed over to Kel's for a scrap day which wasn't the most successful day but still managed two lo"s
Amazing race at Mystical's finished this week also, didn't win but had a great time!! This was my entry for the final week


I also completedWhite With 1April Challenge....just loving making these lollipop flowers at the moment!! I also won a prize last month at this challenge....yippee!!

Also Mystical's Colour Challenge of Kraft, blue, green & white....

Another was Mystical's Sketch Challenge ..... which I won last month, another big Yippee!!!


Also the sketch for Anna's Craft Cupboard .........

I also finished the sketch challenge at Scrapbook Savvy which is a new forum I have ventured to as my SIL is now the new owner, so go and check it out as I know she has plenty of big plans and their is also the online shop which has free local delivery and many new products heading our way!! This photo really turned out dark, here it is anyway but will have to take another pic tomorrow...

So that's it....prob missed something but I am sure it wasn't important.

I'm Back!

Well been MIA the last week or so mainly because I had lost my mojo and all my pages were crap....so won't be posting them. BUT I have just completed two pages, one for Amazing race, final week, which somehow I got through to with the following layout


and the next is for Scrap the Girls which I just LOVE!! There was a colour scheme of yellow, pink, aqua and cream.


I have also done the sketch for this month's Black magic.....was a hard sketch to work with! This was the best I could come up with.



I have not long finished my entry for the Final week at Mystical's Amazing race....took me forever! Will not be able to post though till it is over.

I have big plans to scrap over Easter as Damo is working and heading over to Kel's place Monday for a scrap day with the girls so looking forward to that.

Also would like to say a big Congrats to my SIL Sar who is now the new owner of Scrapbook Savvy....as of today I think.....so good luck & best wishes!!!!

Oh and before I go here are some pics of the kids from yesterday.....we went to the Botanical Gardens for a play and feed the ducks, but weather turned on us and had to come home early.
